As President and Owner, Ken has successfully managed millions in production budgets, delivered award-winning visual communications, and mastered the art of turning concepts into unforgettable video and event experiences.

With a passion for technology and a deep understanding of Phoenix event production, Ken leads the Spectrum team with a commitment to excellence, creativity, and client satisfaction.

Vice President / Writer

Kim Sertich is the backbone of Spectrum’s creative content. With more than 30 years of writing and communications experience, including a degree from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, Kim ensures every project starts with a clear, compelling message.

Her background as a journalist and corporate writer for clients like Intel and Del Webb adds invaluable insight to every script, ensuring deadlines are met and corporate messaging is delivered flawlessly.

Creative Director / Video Editor

John Friesen brings over 45 years of creative direction and production experience to the Spectrum team. As a multi-talented producer, editor, and musician, John has a unique eye (and ear) for detail.

From directing corporate video projects to leading post-production editing for Phoenix corporate event production, John’s experience spans every aspect of video production — including scripting, lighting, music production, and video editing.

Fun Fact: Before joining the media world, John toured internationally as the Musical Director and drummer for the Ice Follies and was a member of the platinum-selling band Player (“Baby Come Back”).
