By supplying a full array of gear, the Spectrum Team was able to deliver custom graphics, contribute to script revisions, and utilize a teleprompter to accomplish multiple scenes with ease!

It’s one thing to have the tools to create a great visual communication, it’s another thing to know how to be a great communicator via the medium. Over the past ten years, there has been an explosion of video produced by the masses – I think that’s great – but the evolution needs to be creating crisp, concise and on point messages…that’s Spectrum’s value.  I KNOW this, because that’s the #1 thing people say about my videos, “Thank you for valuing my time and for nice concise communication.” I’d love to take credit for it, but I can’t, it’s Spectrum…just don’t tell my customers that!

Dawson Media Group recently called on Spectrum again to provide gear and labor for a 2 day shoot in Mesa. By supplying a full “on-location” package, the Spectrum Team was able to light several locations under a tight deadline, deliver a mobile ‘Command Center’ for monitoring all camera feeds, and distribute audio to all devices for maximum efficiency, creating a streamlined production!

     Take one very involved topic (Benefits Enrollment), add in two languages (English and Spanish), two studio shoot days, three on-camera talent, three teleprompters, a huge set and three cameras.

What do you have?
A Classic Spectrum Production. (Saw that comin’, didn’t you? Yeah, we did, too!)

     Beneco, one of America’s largest Benefit Providers, tapped Spectrum to produce two programs on Benefit and Pension Plan Enrollment in English and Spanish. Spectrum provided full script and visual design as well as talent and custom graphics. Three cameras captured both shows in a talk/presentation format that informed, entertained and educated the audience in this very important and involved topic. Custom animated graphics in both languages were produced to add visual impact and strength. Allison Pynn provided make-up. John Friesen edited both programs and Robert Troub provided custom graphics and animation.

The Key Message:
Start saving today…for that dream retirement tomorrow. It’s NEVER too late.
And that works in ANY language!!

     Plexus Worldwide called on Spectrum to produce its International Promotional Video. This was a major challenge and Plexus relied on Spectrum to fill the bill. Shooting over two days, Spectrum created 12 custom sets and provided a complete creative and production plan. Testimonials from Plexus execs, international ambassadors and distributors told the Plexus Opportunity Story and the amazing potential for success.

      Plexus Producer James Elliott worked with Director John Friesen and Camera Operator Dave Thompson. Travis Williams provided audio and Lighting Director Craig Fleming delivered the light magic. Jillian Macarro provided make-up and Robert Troub created custom graphics and editing. Spectrum captured all the set design, creation and change action with two Canon 5D cameras set in a time-lapse sequence.

      The Martz Agency worked side by side with Spectrum to profile the special lifestyle enjoyed by Mirabel residents at this unique North Scottsdale Community. After meeting with Mirabel members, the Spectrum team mapped out a shoot to reflect all Mirabel has to offer. In a two-day shoot, Spectrum worked with Creative Directors Dennis Lewis and Lisa Goldman to bring the “Mirabel Touch” theme to life. The three-minute video spotlighted the spa, gourmet dinners, golf, special events and the friendly feel that’s uniquely Mirabel.

      The challenge was clear: Spectrum needed to capture the essence of Mirabel in every scene. Director John Freisen teamed with Director of Photography Dave Thompson and Lighting Director Craig Fleming to give every shot the perfect Mirabel look and feel. Spectrum shot with the Sony FS 700 and a complete set of lenses to make every shot count. Mirabel members provided the talent for the “real feel” of life at the community.
